The Cinemax Movie Club card remains the property of Cinemax Cinema and cannot be transferred to other parties, redeemed for cash or sold.

Membership to the Cinemax Movie Club is open to residents of Australia.
Cinemax Cinema may refuse or reject any application for membership at our discretion.
Cinemax Cinema or the cardholder may cancel or terminate the card at any time withour notice and for any reason.
Cinemax Cinema will endeavour to advise members and cardholders of information about promotions and special offers but will not be liable for any failure to do so.
Identification may be required for birthday movie redemption.
These terms and conditions may be changed at any time and without written advice to new or existing members
Movie Club cards must be presented at time of ticket purchases to be included in the 'See 10 Movies Get 1 FREE' deal.
FREE Birthday passes, when redeemed, are not counted as part of the 'See 10 Movies Get 1 FREE' promotion. Only paid tickets can be counted towards redeeming your FREE movie.
Membership cards that are inactive for a 12 month period will be cancelled and membership from our movie club will be invalid. If the card holder wishes to re-instate their membership a $12.00 administration fee will be payable.
Members that do not attend the cinema within a 12 month period will not be entitled to a FREE Birthday pass. Cinemax Cinema offers our customers birthday passes at our discretion and we can revoke such passes if we deem necessary.
It is the members responsibility to keep Cinemax Cinema updated of any changes to email addresses. Free passes, birthday vouchers or '10th Visit' passes sent to an outdated email address will not be valid.
FREE Birthday and 10th Visit passes must be used by the date specified or will be invalid. No extensions will be given on unused or outdated passes.
