Simply complete an application form available from our Kingscliff cinema or email us at info@cinemaxcinema.com.au with the following details included:

• date of birth
• contact phone numbers
• email address  

  

Once all information has been received and your application approved we will issue you with a membership card which can be collected from Cinemax Cinema in Kingscliff. Please allow a processing time for your card to be available.
