cinema terms & conditions
- Concession movie tickets are available from our box office to Australian Seniors Card, Pensioner Card & Student Card holders. Proof of concession eligibility must be presented at the time of ticket purchase to be eligible to receive a discounted ticket. If you do not have your concession card with you at time of ticket purchase then full ticket price will be charged.
- Only food purchased at Cinemax Cinema can be consumed in our cinema or café area. (confectionary & drinks exempt)
- BYO alcohol is prohibited by law to be brought onto the premises
- Cinemax Cinema staff have the right to refuse entry to the cinema or café at anytime and for any reason.
- Appropriate clothing and footwear is required for entry to the cinema and café.
- Feature movies commence at the advertised time and Cinemax Cinema reserves the right to refuse entry to persons arriving 15 mins after the scheduled session time.

Cinemax Cinema is open 7 days a week and we open half an hour prior to our first session each day.
